Advanced Education Microscopes

The TM400 Series Advanced Education Microscopes are high-performance instruments equipped with DIN-standard S. Flat Achromatic objectives and widefield eyepieces. The monocular models are specifically designed for student and undergraduate use. Binocular models with coaxial focusing movements are designed for undergraduate and graduate student applications.

FEATURES:

TM-420 Student Microscope
- Monocular 30° inclined and locked-on head which is rotatable 360° with a multi-coated high-transmission prism.
- Wide-field 10X eyepiece 15.5mm eyepoint with built-in pointer.
- 4X, 10X and 40X objectives (40X in spring retractable mount to prevent slide damage).
- Built-in NA 0.65 condenser with disc diaphragm.
- Large stage (115mm X 120mm) with locked-on stage clips.
- Rack and pinion coarse focusing with separate lever-type fine focus movement.
- Built-in focus slip clutch to prevent rack and pinion damage.
- Tension adjustment collar on coarse focus.
- Triple objective changer.
- Built-in easy access illuminator with 20W silvered bulb.
- Sturdy well balanced stand with non-slip rubber feet.
TM-440 College Microscope
Similar to TM-420 microscope with the following additional features:
- DIN S. Flat Achromatic 100X oil objective lens NA 1.25.
- Abbe NA 1.25 substage condenser in spiral focusing mount.
- Quadruple objective changer.
